1. Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

A: The MOQ is 300 to 2000pcs based on different items. Feel freely contact our sales team to get more information.

 

2. Q: Can I place customized (OEM) order?

A: Yes. We have our own professional design department. Our sales team and design department will provide professional service and do some recommendations for you.

 

3. Q: What is the order process?

A: The order process is really simple. Our sales team will do their best to provide assistance for you.

  1. Enquiry
  2. Quotation
  3. Confirm Order with a deposit payment
  4. Start mass production (Sample can be sent)
  5. Update the production process timely
  6. Complete the production. Clear balance before delivery. Shipping arrangement.

 

4. Q: what is the packaging that I can choose?

A: Generally, there are 3 packaging way, ordinary safe packaging, mail packaging and nude packaging. Our sales team will recommend the best one for you. Customized packaging is acceptable.

 

5. Q: What is your payment term?

A:

For regular items, 30% as deposit by T/T Bank and 70% as balance by T/T Bank. Balance should be cleared before shipping.

For custom  items, 50% as deposit by T/T Bank and 50% as balance by T/T Bank. Balance should be cleared before shipping.

 

6. Q: What is thelead time(production time)?

A: The lead time is about 35-60 days based on the items and quantity you ordered (except the in-stock items, which are ready to ship) . Our sales will contact you ahead if any special situations, like holiday.

 

7. Q: Could you find a ship ( or other ways) to send the goods to appointed address?

A: Yes. We have cooperated with many freight forwarders, who are professional, loyal and honest. We will do our best to get the best shipping cost for you.
